Role

1. Develop new business for high tech industry ie. Telecommunications, Information Technology, BioTechnology, HighTech Manufacturing, Oil/Gas and Energy etc. across Singapore and Asia.
2. Understanding clients’ recruitments needs and competencies/skills required to be hired.
3. Work closely with Research to and qualify potential candidates.
4. Interview candidates in person
5. Evaluate and present candidates to Clients.
6. Conduct reference checks on candidates, both formal and informal.
7. Market ITP World-Wide competencies in order to attract best possible candidates. Maintain good network in the High Tech industry, specifically those mentioned above.

Requirements

1. At least 5 years working experience in a search firm, looking for flexible work arrangements.
2. Good understanding of Technologies and trends
3. Enjoy working with people and marketing ideas and alternatives
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Excellent verbal and written skills in English; additional Asian languages are desirable
6. Self-motivated yet versatile with the ability to work autonomously as well as in a Team
7. High level of discretion and integrity
8. Intelligent and possess high EQ
9. Persistent, determined and resilient
10. University Degree preferred
