Responsible for the development and execution of solution strategies; may facilitate the Solution Storyboard as required

Represents the company as technical IT expert with customers; shares knowledge in area of expertise

Must have excellent communication and presentation skills as well as technical depth to advance opportunities through the use of effective consultative selling techniques; Builds customer loyalty through being a trusted advisor

Ensure quality solutions that fit client requirements at a Portfolio and cross Portfolio level; ability to interpret business issues and correlate them with solution options; drive industry and client specific value proposition and win themes through solution and proposal

Ensures consistent application of the Solution Development Process and associated tools within the Sales Framework; Ensures governance at both technical and sales levels are followed at all times for all pursuits;

Resolves deal-specific solution issues in working with Sales and Delivery leaders

Build proactive relationships and networks with internal and external partners and clients and effectively manage the associated cross-functional relationships internally. 

Requirements

-  At least 5-7yrs experience in leading and designing solutions for complex pursuits across Applications, Infrastructure and Business Process portfolios

- Excellent coach, mentor and motivator.

- Strong economic and numerical capabilities.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Ability to build strong rapport and credibility both internally and externally.

- Travel may be needed if requested to work on a pursuit hands on.
